Sourena

Sourena was a brave Persian hero during the Parthians Dynasty. A well-known name from Persian ancient history, fit for this Lotus project.
Sourena houses 66 apartments on 11 floors varying from modest 72 square meter units to large 3 bedroom units of 180 square meters.
A building of classical design with a grand entrance and lobby. The extravagant look of the building and exclusive detail is what distinguishes this building from the surrounding structures. It has combined the spirit of luxury and the feel of modernity.
In addition to customary amenities of a luxurious Lotus building such as roof garden, gymnasium,and common hall, plus other facilities, Lotus has added an exclusive jogging track called the Health Road to give a unique and pleasant spirit to this particular project.
