Padena

The name for this project is borrowed from a beautiful town in the south of Isfahan Province.
Padena is a single residential unit per floor in a 9 story building.
The building’s luxurious lobby immediately catches the attention. Superb interior lighting, magnificent furniture arrangement, and stunning architectural details are enough to propel any visitor to experience how it feels to experience pure luxury. It is not everywhere that one can find living in luxury.
The units are designed to be approximately 225 square meters.
The geographical location of the building was also chosen with great care. Pesyan neighborhood in Zaferaniyeh, while having easy access to Vali Asr Street and Tajrish Square, is one of the most prominent areas in Zaferaniyeh.
